well just the phone (9700 Tmo) cost me $450 but after an Otterbox Defender series, Casemate Fuel case, Colorware custom body, Sony Ericsson Stereo Bluetooth Headset HBH-DS970, buying another 9700 after dropping mine enough that the memory card wouldn't read and some apps which I paid for.... i'd say i've spent well over $1k on my Blackberry since November of '09 when I got my first 9700.... I've had other BB's as well so i've spent alot on BB's..... lol

Paid $250 subsidized For the storm with a three year contract.
Water damage three months later. I couldn't afford $600 for a smartphone so I was floating between dumbphones, until the Storm was in the process of being discontinued. I paid $250 unsubsidized for it and it's now on my contract.

My first Berry was an 8320. LOVED it! Even with the "yes, I work" "No, I am off today" trackball. It was free. My 9700 is my baby. It was free too. Well free if I signed a e year contract. I pay roughly $70 per month for unlimited everything. My company reimburses me for using my own phone for work. Sweet, huh?

I bought my 8330 for $18 with contract at Walmart back in August 2009. I got my 8530 by trading my HTC Hero for it with another customer at the Sprint Store in June. The 8530 came in excellent condition.
