I paid USD600 for my Curve 8300, and USD30 per month for BIS. I know, telco charges are crazy in Malaysia...

Mine was about $300. Expensive hobbies are nothing new for me though as the BB addiction joins knives, cigars, art supplies, fountain pens, video games, electronics....

My beloved BB 8310 (AT&T locked) costed $235 out of pocket, straight out from eBay. Seller sent me an 8300 model so I had to send it back. About a week's worth of waiting. Within the next next several days, I tried two unlocking service companies for $25 each and both failed to generate an unlock code (although both refunded my money back). That's when I joined CB and learned to call AT&T to have it unlocked. (Yay CB!)

Another week passed by with me toting around a BB w/o service. Got the code last Thursday and I'm proud to announce that I'm a Blackberry addict (and a CB addict, for that matter) for about almost a week now.

    $235 +
$20 Unlimited Internet + $5 Txt Messaging (added to existing account) +
Lots of PATIENCE = Blackberry LOVE

    So worth it!!

Just purchased my BB 8830 a little more than a week ago. I upgraded from a Samsung SPH-A900. Sprint gave me a $270 instant rebate and then there is the $100 mail in rebate so the 8830 cost me $179 after the rebates.

WORTH EVERY PENNY, I probably would have paid full price now that I have had the chance to see what I was missing out on!

Unlimited Data plan, unlimited text, voice plan, early night/weekend minutes 89$

way cheaper addiction than my husband's buying and accessorizing trucks. what he is spending on his truck this week would pay for my crack (berry) addiction for the rest of my life !!!

    WORTH EVERY PENNY !!!!!

I have been with TMo for a VERY long time so I never pay much for my phones...Ive had 3 Blackberries through them and this was the first one I paid anything for. I just paid $50 two weeks ago for my new Blackberry 8320 Curve. No contract extension or anything. I guess it pays to be in the industry and to know how to talk to those reps! LOL...

Even though I haven't recived my 8830 yet (its coming tommrow) I paid 199.99 for it from sprint no contract extension or anything just staight 199.99 no rebates or anything i thought it was a cool deal being that they sell it for 279.99 with a 100 Mail in rebate. I know i got short changed 20 bucks but i rather do that then have to go threw the rebate process.
