Paid full retail...Except not full retail. I work at an electronics store so I have a sick discount. Paid $380 for my Pearl. It's my first BlackBerry but my fourth phone this year. Had the Razr Maxx Ve, Razr 2 V9m, and LG Voyager before my Pearl. All paid full retail except the Maxx.

I'd say I have a cellular addiction.

Oh and I also pay my mom for the 30 dollar data plan for it.

I got my bb pretty much for free. I traded my moto Q for my 8703. The Q only cost $350. I spend a little more on my bill but its worth it. I'm a bb user for life.

I paid like $55 for mine with a 1 gig micro SD card ... thinking about upgrading to a 8310 for about half that since I wont need the micro SD card ... but cant decide if I want to do it ... does one truely need GPS in their BB? ... especially when google maps has the My Location feature now???

Yes, I would say that you have MORE than a "cellular addiction." You must be "high" on something to have purchased and paid full retail for that many phones in one year! Do you think you'll stick with BB or will you be getting a new phone for Christmas? Just kidding...if I could try that many phones I might do the same thing...OK, I wouldn't, but if it makes you happy and you're not hurting anyone but yourself...GO FOR IT!

Totally free with 2yr agreement with T-Mobile. Although I used Wirefly for my order.
As for the plan, just a regular family plan plus 19.99 for my unlimited data usage and e-mail.
I think this was a very good deal.
