Ok so i have a friend who got a money order and made it out to her new apt complex to get rdy to pay her deposite and stuff but now they have come back and said that they can't rent to her,
my questions is can she scratch out the name of the apt complex and put my name so i can go cash it and give her the money back or is she SOL?
