Crucial, how about setting up toolbars? I admit I haven't done a lot with it, but I didn't see those options.

Neither have I lol. I'm not sure if you can or not. Honestly, I'm pretty happy with it the way it is, I don't know if I would add a toolbar if I could.
I saw a news release the other day on chrome, and thougth about downloading it. But im a faithfull firefox user. Tired windows safari, have to use IE for classes, but in LOVE with firefox. i think i'll give it a try after reading all these posts. :-D Chrome...here i come (to try..lol)
I too am I loyal fan to firefox, well, until I downloaded Google Chrome. I really like it, and am pretty sure I won't go back to firefox. The wife isn't completely sold yet, but it's growing on her. ;)
I'm back on FF.
I failed Chrome.
I used it for a few hours and while its a great browser, I doubt it'll take me away from Firefox.
Well just installed it and holy jeebers this thing blazes..... I think I could get used to it, plus it's in beta so it's probably lacking alot still. They even say it in the videos and FAQ's that it's nowhere near complete... plus on top of it all being so awesome, it's open source and will help have apps developed/tools etc. Looking forward to it's future!
~Feels Betrayed~ :( WhY? Why? Why?
Thats why I'm stoked about it. Because it's pretty awesome like it is now, but it's just a beta. Final products will be quite nice. ;)
I like the concept that google has come out with for the new browser, but right now being so fresh out of the gate, I'm still a loyal firefox user. I can't wait for more third party extentions/apps to be written for google chrome (hopefully stumble upon will come to google chrome! :) ) Over all a great first step for google!
See I could never change to firefox, never tried on my home computer personally.... I never even updated to the newest version of IE< lol, but safari was cool, a little to grey and... blah for my taste, but it loaded everything excellent. Guess I missed out with FF but im hooked on chrome so maybe it's best we never met, :D
Is it as fast as firefox? Or about the same? lol did you run into unsupported sites yet? Jw I think I'm going to download it.

I think I will stick with Firefox for now. It do think its VERY good for a 1.0 browser. I can just imagine the great things to come in later versions.
I can't get away from the add ons with FF.. If my employer knew about stumble on and how much time it wastes per day I'd be fire for sure :)

Sounds like it may be better for you to lose some of those add ons eh? lol
How have I never heard of Google Chrome? Now I have to go and get it. lol
I tried Chrome for a day and went back to FF. I wasn't impressed at all.
It loaded faster than firefox and I was surfing the Internet very fast and no I haven't run into any problem sites yet.:)
just downloaded it right now and already starting to love it!!
incognito- best idea ever!! i could have totally used this the other day while looking for hotels for a weekend getaway for my boyfriend! he was using my laptop and saw the places i was thinking of going!! ahhh...what an awesome idea!!
cant wait to use it more... i have only had it for 3 minutes so far!! :D
eta::SUPER FAST!!
I use safari on my pc.... maybe ill try out google chrome... Safari is fast, but it kinda freezes up sometimes.
Yes it is, and neither have I. I believe GC is faster than FF, and it's still a beta. ;)
Well according to apples safari website safari is faster than Firefox, and Google Chrome blows safari outta the water.
To the person that likes incognity, safari has something similar, if you aren't digging google chrome.
Thanks for the reply!

love love love this new browser!!
thanks everyone!! :D
As do I. IE can't even be considered in the same league. And, IMHO, FF is good but the fact you can open additional tabs & have incognito mode puts it ahead of FF. AND, it's still beta. WOW.
I've been thinking about it. Firefox is just so great to me. Maybe in the near future I'll check it out.
