You're running a site frequented by many ethnicities, sensibilities, religious background and moral codes and this post's accompanying picture will offend many of them. I express this as my own opinion, without attempting to speak for those other groups but I'm pretty sure I've assumed right. Do you want this site to prosper? If yes, both you and this site better grow up. While you're at it, please do your site mod thing and either lock this thread or deal with it. If you ask me to go away, I'll go away and I'll be careful not to let the door hit me in my a$$. I'm thoroughly disgusted with the level of rhetoric on this thread and no, I didn't do this to start a flame war.

Crackberry has nothing to apologize for. If you don't like something then don't look at it. You don't pay for crackberry's content, you are not in a contract with them and they are not obligated by law to maintain a certain standard of material. Bla1ze could start video taping reruns of Barney on his Z10 tomorrow and incessantly post them this the site blows up and still no one could enforce any sort of legal or whatever action it is you are trying to enforce here. If this were in a judicial setting, the following questions would transpire:

Judge - "Is anyone forcing you to go to the site?"
You - "No"
