KENNEDY HEIGHTS � A mother was arrested and charged Monday with holding down a 6-year-old boy and ordering her 5-year-old son to punch him.

Tiffany Hunter, 26, of Kennedy Heights was booked into the Hamilton County jail on charges of assault and unlawful restraint, court records show.

She blocked the 6-year-old�s bike and held his wrists and hands down on his handlebars Saturday in the 6600 block of Kennedy Avenue, according to Cincinnati police.

Then, police said, she ordered her son to punch the child in the face
