Funny you mention it. One of the key reasons I choose the bold over the iphone (and there were many others) was the stereo bluetooth abilities. Nothing worse than having wires get caught in the gym equipment. I was using PSP as my media device and that huge screen can make any hour on the treadmill fly by. My only complaint was connectivity, wires, and size. So when I went looking for a slightly smaller phone/media device I had a few things in mind. Wireless sound, multimedia and if possible the ability to stay connedcted

By the way, I am expecting my Plantronics 855 stereo bluetooth headset in the mail any day now. Will let you know how it fairs against wired headsets.

i throw up a lot........ nah,i just stick to cardio before lifting weights and go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
i just try and stay away from the starches, gym twice a day 5 days a week and hydroxycut hardcore with two protein shakes a day. i do 15 to 30min cardio then about 45min to a hr of weight lifting.
well for now i PT 4 days a week in the Police Academy. Tuesdays we run around 2 miles at a faster pace, wed and thurs we do upper or lower body exercises, and Friday we run a long 3+mi. run with a slower pace.
On the weekends I run my neighborhood - around 2 miles, and do some pushups and crunches and flutter kicks. When i'm out i'll start back up with the weights at the YMCA though.
I am on a two day on one day off gym routine at 5:30AM. Cardio is an hour of brisk walking everyday. I basically eat every 2.5hrs just 50g protein and 20g healthy fats. Trying to strip off the body fat.
Chicken, eggs, tilapia, salmon, macademia nut oil, almonds, walnuts, asparagus, brocolli and bunch of water.

My fiance and I are doing Body For Life. I eat 6 meals a day, once every 3 hours. For breakfast I usually have some egg beaters with steel cut oatmeal. A protein shake for a snack, either turkey meatloaf with a baked potato or grilled chicken with brown rice for lunch, another protein shake for an afternoon snack, either steak with a baked potato or grilled chicken with brown rice for dinner, and then a shake before bed. With lunch and dinner I usually have a salad or some steamed veggies as well.
As for the workout, we work out 6 days a week. Alternating between Upper Body, Cardio, and Lower Body. For the cardio we do interval training to try to burn as much fat as we can and stay lean.
The best part about our diet and exercise routine is Saturday. Saturday is our off day. We can indulge in whatever cravings we have had throughout the week and it serves as a reward for sticking to the plan and doing good. It is a 12 week program but we usually start a new one as soon as we finish the old one.
