For me its when I was poking around on my curve and noticed I could add my schedule to my BB's calender. Simple I know but there's a lot in the BB I'm still discovering but its a wonderful process of knowing.
No more using a paper calender again

i wow'ed when i found out i was able to send pictures and recieve them because my sister has an iPhone and she can't send pictures or view them either.
After being issued 3 previous BlackBerrys for work, my first real "WOW" was using BlackBerry Messenger on my Curve 8330 (my first BB on my personal line). It's one of my favorite things about a BB.
When I saw the amount of customization I could do on it. The themes, the way i can re order icons, download 3 party apps, the different font and endless phone settings. It was a fresh surprise as my first smart phone & coming from a VZW dumb phone with a locked down UI.

I first went wow when I got an e-mail on my phone 20 minutes before my inbox. And most recently when I started using BBM. I now have 2 people on it, but just recently added a friend (a new addict herself) through the PIN.

...when I opened the box and saw the BB and held it lol.
I agree with that
Also how amazing the email setup was, I was sure that cos I use Google Apps i'd have to enter all the incoming servers and ports etc but it magically did it all!
And email is faster than my computer. Its amazing.
right when i opened the box, still nestled in it's cardboard support. it was like a beam coming down from the sky... "Champagne would fall from the heavens. Doors would open. Velvet ropes would part."
