Congrats man. It feels great hitting those goals. Just got back into lifting about 4 months ago and just hit my 315 goal for squats. Was 275 your 1RM goal or a number of reps?

Nice man congrats! I hit 325 on squat as a 1RM a while back before my knees starting getting bad. Now I don't squat anymore.

    275 was my 1RM max. I was repping 225, 230, and 235lbs.

Good job man! 3 plates would be considered 315lbs though. If you're doing a 1 rep max at 275lbs, a good way to build endurance and stamina in the muscle would be to do a drop set immediately after your 1 rep max. For example, after doing your 1 rep at your maximum weight of 275lbs, drop down to 225 (or two plates) and do as many repetitions as you possibly can until failure. Without resting, proceed to 135lbs (or 1 plate) and rep till failure. I also do this routine with squats but I don't do a 1 rep max for squatting. I'll max out at 455lbs for reps of 5 and then proceed to the drop set starting at 405lbs for reps of 8, followed by 315lbs for reps of 8, followed by 225lbs for another set of 8 all the way to 135lbs for reps of 8 only resting long enough for someone to remove the weight for you in between sets. And NO, I don't use the "juice."
