    yea just a scam to get your info, i have had a couple of my friends get them. I got one and kept that ***** on the phone for a 20 minutes talking about things you shouldnt talk about.

    I get them on my house phone all the time and occasionally on my work phone. I haven't gotten one on my personal. I have told them to stop calling but no such luck.
    My truck has 350000 miles on it.

    those calls are very annoying. i always hold to speak with a real person and then mess with them by asking tons of useless questions.

    Still "off topic" though since it has 0 to do with the storm.

    I get those calls several times a day and I am on the Do Not Call List. I've gotten to the point where I have a muted profile for each of the numbers. I wish I had an app to block them out. (I have tried CallsBlocker; it doesn't work on my Curve.)

    i just saw a news report on this exact subject. i guess the US government is forming an official investigation and lawsuit into the firm that is doing this.. it all should come to a head pretty soon
