    'Here's the thing...' I say that all the time & I don't know why.

    Also if I could stop using the word 'like' as a filler word I'd be a happy camper. Ugh...I'd also like to stop saying 'Happy Camper'.

    There's a famous person who says "here's the thing" and "here's the one thing" all the time.

    And like, you know, here's the thing... a happy camper is a good thing.
