@JayDee, even if your new phone doesn't come with .755 I would install that. .580 was pretty good but I think .755 is the best out right now. Unless of course you had a very noticeable difference with .580.

It really sucks you couldn't fix your issue with a reinstall. Maybe you can do it all over again when BB10 comes out and get one of those.

I know this suggestion is anathema but have you ever considered not installing a theme or two or two hundred for a day or two or three or four as a test? Maybe something you are shrinking out is the cause, too, even if the module's name makes it seem a harmless deletion???

Whenever I go to the Y for gym, I drop down to 1x and I have no idea other than that they are blocking the signals or it is within the Radius of what might be called the U-District - near the Univ of WA where there may be tons of cell towers and users!!!

What is going on???? Why did it come out of the box with a 1X signal? BTW, its a beautiful refurb and I will be keeping it. No dents or scratches like mine.

So I have installed BBM7 three times . The first time it was actually populating my contacts. Next time it sat there and did nothing. I saw AW had an upgrade so I went and it said BBM7...no crap Sherlock! So I updated again and am rebooting. Maybe someone could try and send me a bbm when you see this. Just to test it????

No Midd, I'm all set! It all works. Except the signal. I did call VZW even before I set up the phone. They are bumping the ticket up again to critical level.
Hmmmm critical Mass...that would be my blood pressure and my temper right now!
But I have a nice shiny new device anyway and it's almost all set up. Just a few transfers of pins to work out.

Yeah, that refurb contractor does a REALLY nice job on these things. I just had another 9330 replaced with what looks to be a new phone again.
