Bob, isn't gator meat a delicasy(sp?) there in Louisiana, or is it Florida I'm thinkin of? i've always wanted to try it, but theres no where around here to get it thats for sure!
Yes, it is. It's all in the preparation. If prepared and cooed right it is really good.
Lots of deer where I am outside of Austin. I'm in a small city on Lake Travis and we have deer roaming around all the time. They have to trap and remove some of them because the population gets way to large if they don't.
