I loaded just the OS, radio, and the 20 or so updated BAR files. I put them all into a folder and dropped it into Sachesi. Then I swapped the radio and did the other phone.

That might be what I need to do. What are the bar files for the OS and radio?
It's still non - destructive this way right?
The radio and OS files begin with QC8960. There should be two of them. The radio should be about 22MB, and the OS will be somewhere near 280-300MB. The list of files changed from 2102 is on the second post on http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=914584.
OK so someone started a thread about photojojo lenses for their smartphone. And on a whim, I bought one! It's going to take about a week to get here, but I am anxious to see if it really works. I mean, its a ring that you adhere to the back of your phone over the camera opening and then magnetically attach the "lens"
So Fred, you are the camera expert and I saw you posted there in the thread as well. What do you think?
Think I should buy a second "back battery cover" for my phone to which I can attach the base ring?
Then I can swap covers when I want to use the lenses? I am thinking of buying the macro one as well...
I really want the telephoto one to try on my California vacation....So i guess I should buy that battery cover after all. What say you?
OK so I'm trying out these photo lenses. I got one today. I haven't tried it yet cause I bought a second battery cover and am going to stick the anchor ring to the second battery cover. Here are a few pics
Is it going to look like that 41MP Nokia with the lens block on the back? How would you be able to put the phone down with the lens magnetically attached?
I wonder if the magnet is strong enough to hold the lens on while in a pocket or bag.
Lastly, I'd wonder if the magnetic field is strong enough to screw with the RAM or your SD memory.

Looks good though JayDee.
The ring attaches with adhesive and I doubt the magnetic field is strong because people say be careful how you toss the phone around or the lens comes off.
I won't leave a lens on if phone is in my bad. I am buying a cheapo battery cover to "permanently" attach the ring to.
Hopefully, I can switch back covers when I want to use a lens. Just an experiment....
other people have taken some cool pics with the fish eye lens and the macro...so I ordered the macro too.
I posted some of my pics with those lenses in the other thread. They are very cool. And I also have an extra back cover and have set a magnetic ring on it permanently. A pretty good set up.
