Or is it just me?
Should I get the note 4 or should I spend the extra money on the priv? I want to upgrade to an android phone. What do you think?

the Note 5 is a much better device then the Note 4 with one major exception. The Note 5 doesn't have an external SD card slot and only has up to 64GB of memory.
The PRIV does have an external SD slot and the physical keyboard. The Note 5 with 64GB will cost around $840 US and the PRIV will cost around $740 US
On the plus side the PKB is good on the Priv camera wise the Note 5 and Note4 are pretty much on par with eachother and the Priv is on par with the iPhone tho the Notes i would consider better overall
