Nope, I just turn on my alarm from"quick settings" then turn on "flight mode" so I'm not disturbed. Only turn the phone off at night when charging

Previously with OS5 and OS7 on my STORM2 and 9860s, yes. Set to turn itself off at specific timings such that battery juice can be conserved for several days... up to 5 days workweek.

Now with OS10 on Z10s and Z3... no. And unable to do so...
To conserve battery juice such that full charge can last me 3days of usage, i have to:-
    1. turn off "swipe to wake"
    2. turn off data, turn on when want to browse internet or getting email updates. More frequently.
    3. activate bedside mode before sleep.

It puts the Blackberry into zero notification mode and drastically reduces the hardware usage to save power. When I awakes all previous profile settings is put back again with no harm.
