Me, im the kind of guy that likes to laugh and have fun. I love crackin jokes and smiling and makin other people laugh too. So when i write lol, im really laughin, giggling or sumthin. and if i write lmao, im really doin that. My friend wrote an lol to someone and wasnt even smiling...so i thought...do u really laugh out loud when u write lol...cuz i do!

Usually lol is a smile and a little noise kinda like a laugh but not really out loud. Depends on where I am, but LMAO constitutes a big laugh...lots of noise. ROFLMAO constitutes tears in the eyes...bending over uncontrollable laughter...arms waiving.

When I LOL, I usually do it to let the person know I found it funny, although I may not be laughing, but if I'm laughing a LMAO is definitely a must, sometimes I even get extra with it and throw in a ROFLMSO!!!!
