Millie went to the vet yesterday...she weighs 87 pounds already. I could just hear her saying "I'm not fat, I'm poofy! It's all this winter fur!"
She's in great shape, vet was pleased.

Available 11 month old border collie. Owner in and out of hospital and not able to care for her properly. Good with kids, good with cats, good with other dogs. Crate trained, good house manners, sensitive, eager to please, ready for work and fun.
One wrinkle....she's in Ohio!!!! I'd have to drive to Ohio in this freakin' weather.

This little ball of fluff totally owns me, and the sad part is that she knows it. When we decided to get a dog, I wanted a big model like a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Wife and kids wanted the cute econo-model like a Bichon or a Shih-Tzu. My inlaws had just gotten a Shih-Tzu and everybody fell in love with her immediately. Seeing this was a war I'd ultimately lose, even if I won the battle, we got Ginger. My wife saw the dog's baby picture online on a breeder's site and told me, "Get us THAT dog!" Not one like it - that exact one. The problem was the dog was in Moody, Missouri, and we live in New Jersey. What, she couldn't find a Shih-Tzu in the tri-state area??? It's not like they're rare. You can't swing a dead cat around here without hitting a few Shih-Tzus! But NOOoooooooo. It had to be Ginger. I spoke with the breeder and she said she could ship the puppy to us but I didn't want her to send a dog like a piece of mail, especially during what was an extremely hot summer. Since the breeder was actually taking a trip through Memphis Tennessee (to buy a goat!) I arranged a rendezvous at the Memphis airport. I flew out of Newark at 6:00 AM, met her and picked up the pooch at the Memphis airport, and immediately flew back home, arriving at 5:30 PM, heavy one dog and lighter by $1400 in airfare. And so began the dominance of our little bundle of love.
Can't wait for the squirrel to drop

Update on Paisley....not a good match for us. She needs a quiet home, she's very sensitive. We're too noisy and boisterous. We would overwhelm her and she would be unhappy.
Our Bearded Dragon. Had her since she was about 4" she is now 18" and fat lol. She goes everywhere with us on the weekends.(sleeps in bed every night too) Attachment 240517

WOW gorgeous!!!
Hope someone gives her a good home.
I know. I really liked her. But after talking to her foster, she decided Paisley would be overwhelmed with a noisy, go go go kind of home. She likes some play but not rambunctious play. Not really a fit for us.
She's safe, and she's in a good home waiting to be adopted out.

My best friend Chivas (bouvier des flandre) here he was 1.5 years on holiday in France. Unfortunately, he is deceased on November 12, 2013. He was 10.5 years.

And this one is still in the house. Our rottweiler Dax. A real stuffed dog. Now 9 years old and a real watchdog. When they break in here, he shows where the TV is and helps carry it out. LOL
Haha! I have one just exactly like him. He's coming up on 11. Here he is subduing that pesky stuffed bear that broke into the house and tried to eat the porridge.

Haha, I really do not understand why everyone is afraid of a rottweiler . When I go walking with him everyone jumps on the side. Especially mothers with children. Probably through some terrible incidents a few years ago here in belgium.
