Corporate secrecy and lying
I see so many posts about people who have honest legitimate questions for hardware (BlackBerry) makers and carriers and they can not get either an honest or consistent answer. For example, ask a verizon rep about the z30 and it is a different answer each time. Ask BlackBerry and they just won't tell the truth or won't answer. Ask crackberry to investigate the verizon z30 situation and just silence. How does this really benefit anyone? What's wrong with just giving out truthful consistent answers to the customer?
