I'm fairly certain something like this is protected by international copyright law. Anyone more knowledgeable on the subject? I'd be curious to hear peoples thoughts. If all it takes is hosting stuff outside of the country the product sells in then everyone under the sun would be able to infringe copyrights without consequences. I would be shocked if the people responsible for the site and those uploading the infringing materials are not prosecuted for infringement.
