I'm so addicted, I got ticketed for using my cellphone while driving December 2nd on the interstate here in California. I've used cell phones and driven stickshifts since 1998 and never had an accident... Damn Highway Patrol. I will fight the ticket, I had the Blackberry in Speakerphone mode, not held up to my ear, which is legal here in California.

How did the patrolman know to stop you if it was in speakerphone?

I'm a Noob to the whole "Crackberry" lifestyle.
5.5 hours into my "Crackberry" addiction to be exact.
I almost fell for the iPhone but I got a great deal on a BNIB(sealed) Bold($350) & I just couldn't resist.
I feel the iPhone is just a trendy accessory, I'm glad I got the Bold. It's all that I need & more.

I've already spent countless hour making wallpapers,ringtones,screensavers,etc.
I'm currently adding a few themes to my collection.

I have been an adicted for 4 years now. I started with a 6230, then I got a 7290. From here I got a 7130 and I had that for a few months... then i got my 8700 and loved it. After that I had a 8100. then i went back and forth from a 8300 and an 8820. I had the storm for a week, and Now i'm rolling with the Bold and loving it!!!!

I'm Jason, 24, and I've been addicted since May when I bought a used Pearl 8100 on ebay. It has since been replaced with an 8820 that I love dearly. The thing is my security blanket.

Although thw Wi-Fi on the 8820 is nice I very much want a data plan, though my girlfriend repeatedly tells me that there is no need and that I should save my money. Damn family plans, otherrwise I'd just go ahead and do it...

Errmmm hi im Yas...36 m london uk and just recently came from Winmo to BB...got myself a Bold last week and i swear to god i havent been able to put the damn thing down.

Not complaining but i spend most of my time on BB messenger talking to all sorts of people from around the world and its great. Thanks to this site im a fullu fledged CB addict...my social life are now suffering because of the Bold....first app i installed was the CB launcher lol.

Will i ever go back to a non BB device...**** no!!!!...sure its got its flaws but compared to Winmo and Symbian which i have used extensively....the Bold is one **** of a device...if it was a woman id be making love to it all nite long.

Ahem sorry just thought id mention my addiction...do i need help??

Im 30 yrs old, travel for a living and basically every aspect of my life is funnelled in some way through my berry. Thanks to my admin Ive been using since the 6210..when they were big and ugly, and people laughed at me. Been through many devices now Im using the Storm, and although it's still got some bugs, its still a BB making it better than everything else. When I see someone with an iPhone I take it as a personal insult. Sick? Yes, we all are. And Proud of it!

I guess I must be an addict, too. I'm noticing that I often try to sway others into purchasing a BlackBerry. Worse still, I loathe hearing individuals speak of their iPhone ambitions.. I am proud to be a BB addict and enjoy encountering others of our kind. Some have said it is more than a device, "It's a way of life." I'm inclined to agree.

I'm 23 and I'm an addict as well. I've had my Curve for 2 months and I became addicted to it 5 minutes after turning it on. LOL. I am completely happy with it and very glad I didn't get an iPhone.

I has a first edition iphone and I wanted a device that had more PIM capabilities.

I ended up with the bold.

I have had this phone for about three weeks (my 30 days to return the phone expires on Jan 2nd) and I have been playing and tweaking with it ever since.

I use it for more and more and I am not sure whether it is in control or I am anymore.

I think I am also becoming an addict. My wife and I just got BB 8310 curves a week and a half ago. I am on the thing all of the time. I just installed desk top manager and picked up 4 gig cards and am trying to figure out how to download music and new ringtones. BBs are an adventure to say the least. I have always been a sci fi buff and facinated with handheld technology. The curves fit the bill for me.
