Chicken n Waffles are right up there with Fish N Grits!
I love fish, grits no so much. Now cheese grits are pretty good. Grits are one of those things that need to be cooked by someone that knows what their doing. Just boiled and plopped on a plate.... eeewww
I love fried chicken so much, I don't know if I like it hot right away, or cold outta the fridge the next day, better...
THIS is a very difficult choice for me as well.

In my family, there's no such thing as grits without butter, salt and almost always cheese and/or bacon.
