Well here a performance plan is one step out the door. It last for one year and any screw up is almost considered a resignation.

Have you tried time off without pay. A week or two of no income can drive the point home rather well when the bills ad up.

Wow 4 channel. Now that is a blast from the past. Friend had a stereo with a joystick for balance. Don't remember the brand but it was inexpensive for the time. We did our best to blow the speakers.
