That is a good question! Do you have account at other Mobile Nations websites? Do you have posts there? Did you do the passport process and combine your account, which for the most part is automatic? That's where I'm on my way to, but this is only his 2nd write-up (too many warnings from my predecesor). Have to have 1 more write-up as a final, and then the next step is termination. I'd just like it to sink in so I don't have to do the paper work.

Had to have a sit down with my coworker today and write him up bc 3 people complained about his attitude on Sunday (this is a growing trend the last 5 years ). He says they're all lying and he didn't do any of it, and doesn't seem to understand that we have to assume there's some validity to it, simply based on the number of similar complaints we've had.

So, a question to any other supervisors out there: How do you get a box of rocks to understand what you're saying?

Tell him the specific policy for being written up for similar incidents and the consequences at each level. If you don't have a specific policy like this, then implement it and have him sign it.
