Awww that sucks. :-(

I learned from some Canuck friends what a Caesars was just this year. I'd been making them for years without knowing it was a Canadian thing! I love Bloody Marys anyway, and sometimes I can find Clamato jc at the grocery, so I use that instead of tomato jc. My friends mostly think it's gross but it's like a delicious taste of summer at the beach to me! Especially with horseradish and a couple of shrimp - yum!

btw it was "sputneek" who sometimes still posts in here, who educated me about Caesars. So funny that it was developed inland, but uses clam juice! :-D
