Well, you just happen to be in luck. I told you ,I KNOW people.
And , not just anyone in this case. I have a friend (we're very close) who started the whole sign hanging business.
If you've never heard of this profession, well, all i can say is, only a very few (one to be exact) has.
For now, after using his life savings ( and what a cute little piggy bank it was) he must sell a sign to make enough money to advertise.
(The Sally Struthers on-line college had already gone off-line)

Most of his signs are useless so I'm almost certain he has just the right sign for you.
(for example)
HOME: Where the HO and ME come together.
or
REDUCED: (but not stupid or desperate )
and
WELCOME: Please feel yourself at home.
