Maybe we will just have leftovers, plenty of choices, Lets see, there is Roast beef with golden roasted veggies, or spaghetti, or home made pea soup oh yeah and there is still some chicken, ribs and potato salad too.....Cooking is one of my favorite past-times.........

yeah, me too, I always cook a few dishes on the weekend, Get home from work too late to start cooking big meals, so we always have something to grab fast if we want.

My chili takes two days to make. Very low heat, because if you eat it on the first day, it isn't nearly as good. It takes time for the spices to meld and become a taste cornucopia.

I made a pot of chili at a campground years ago. 26 quart stock pot and I grew that chili until it filled the pot to the rim. You could smell it alk over the grounds. It was my famous 'Mellow Fellow' composition. It didn't fry the mouth, but it would bring the sweat popping out as it warmed you internally. It contained beef, sausage, beans, and about 15 different times of alcoholic beverages. People were offering me 5 bucks a bowl for it. I didn't take any money, I did it for the group as a whole.

The air was cool, that night, but the tents were nice and warm.

Our youngest had to go to Sprint tonight, he had an HTC EVO that been recently replaced as a refurb, and it was acting up. After a few minutes and they couldn't get it to behave, they went in back, opened a brand new phone box, and handed him a new Galaxy S1 Epic slider. He's happy as can be, even if it isn't a more recent phone, and it didn't affect his upgrade.
