A good breakfast is better because you have the entire day to work it off. I have my supper around 3:30 and a nice snack later in the evening. Diets do NOT work.
Eating sensibly is the way to go.

I'm lucky. I can eat just about anything and maintain my weight. I'm a bit heavier than I'd like to be but if you can leave your ego behind (which takes years of discipline ) and just not care what other people may think of you, than you can eat anything you want without the guilt.
Of course, that's easy for me to say NOW, because I no longer have to play the work game.. It's much harder for you having to control a bunch of brats, so I know what you're going through.

House down the street just sold for 660,000, mine is 400 square feet larger on the upper levels and the Entertainment room is 200 square feet larger. My lot is over twice the size ...so I'm worth about 730,000...maybe it's time to pick up and move to Florida and pick up something for a steal.
