Howdy, from The Lost Zone.
Just finishing up a bowl of Wheatie cardboard, added walnuts and fresh blueberries and working on a double cappuccino with dark roast espresso beans.
Not a very exciting breakfast , but I figure as I'm getting older, I should start the day easy and smooth and work my way up to a "fun" lunch and by dinner time it'll be nothing short of boisterous!
Then there's club hopping this evening which should cause a riot.

And then, I have to do it all over again tomorrow. I tell ya, Saturdays are awesome.

I'm up for trying most anything. How do you like your mice.
I imagine cooked on the grill, with a nice micie sauce would make a great appetizer with broiled Possum as the main dish.

What am I gonna do with you,JD?? If you eat a big supper you won't be able to work any of those calories off because you'll be going to sleep shortly after dinner.
A good breakfast is better because you have the entire day to work it off. I have my supper around 3:30 and a nice snack later in the evening. Diets do NOT work.
Eating sensibly is the way to go.

I'm lucky. I can eat just about anything and maintain my weight. I'm a bit heavier than I'd like to be but if you can leave your ego behind (which take years of discipline ) and just not care what other people may think of you, than you can eat anything you want without the guilt.
Of course, that's easy for me to say NOW, because I no longer have to play the work game.. It's much harder for you having to control a bunch of brats, so I know what you're going through.
