You really want to know how I feel? Back in 2008 he instituted a program called "SEE". Significant Emotional Event. It was aimed at the older employees, " if you have a 58 year old employee who is slowing down, confront him with the possibility that he is going to lose his job unless he shapes up". He referred to them as "Mud". Then he put out a demand to the Managers and Supervisors to find a 600 people to fire and the suggestion was given to go after anyone with health restrictions. "If you are not 100% you shouldn't be working for us..". Yes I had restrictions that year and luckily my doctor knew what was happening and he suggested a one year sick leave which I did take. When I came back Hunter Harrison had been fired and for the next 10 years I worked my ars*e off. Shame on him.
