Yeah, I used to know quite a few people that used to eat it after the hunt, Just don't know if I could bring myself to eating it. When I had the Moose, I was tricked by my Dad, He told me they were beef steaks, I knew after the first bite that they weren't. Guess if you have not been raised eating these different types of meats it takes a little bit of adjusting, gotta say though I did try frogs legs, Knowing what they were, off the barbecue they tasted like chicken but not much meat. lol
