I think it's very close between BB10 and WP8. WP8 has created a lot of buzz and gained a little following. So, I do agree a lot are looking at a 3rd OS device but with the advertising that Droid (Samsung) and Apple do most people want one of those phones. This will make it hard for carriers to even try and promote a 3rd OS. And why would they need to if they can generate a ton of sales with the effort of learning and promoting a 3rd OS.

Maybe USCell will want a third they don't have iPhones
