Me too. I keep telling everyone when you install something look and read. Then I get calls, I have this program that just appeared on my computer and I don't know where it came from.

Alternate browsers and plugins are a big enough pain, but I've seen Norton Antivirus as one of those drive-bys. From past experience, that's a real headached to uninstall.
