Which do you use? I've considered trying a couple, but didn't want to make a big time/brain investment.

I use Vlingo on my 9650. After the first few misunderstandings and assuming you have a good wireless signal, it works well. The only problem I have is that it works with BBM person-to-person chats, but does not work with groups.
