I cannot make food at home as spicy as I would like, my wife cannot take it. Me, I'm the kind of guy that went into a bar in Hawaii, ordered Jack Daniel's and nachos, and the bartender asked me if I wanted to finish off the jalape�o peppers he had, so I got one tray of nachos, and another of peppers, and happy munched em both. I've had my share of hotter, especially overseas.

I was able to get away with making my spur-of-the-moment Mexican meatloaf. Just came up with a plan in my head and made it up. It was awesome.

Gotta be careful of Mexican meatloaf in case Montazuma decides to take his revenge!

Mexican meatloaf sounds fantastic! I get my love of spicy food from my dad. I think I can out-spice him though. I'm going to make some brunch - poached eggs and cheese on a waffle with ghost pepper bits.

You better be careful that the eggs and waffle don't go dancing right off the plate.

My daughter is driving truck and is in Joplan, MO and she is freezing! They will be going to Harriman, Tenn. to a new terminal.

BTW - I just wanted to echo the sentiments that this thread is greatly appreciated to me as well. We're all here because BB/RIM has a special place in our hearts and everyone is uncertain of how things will fare for them, but they're surely looking up. Regardless of if we've individually be more optimistic or pessimistic, this place has been an escape from the drama and craziness in the regular forums. We've come together to share laughs and stories and has been the perfect hideout. It's hard to believe this thread has been around for over 5 months, and here's to several more!
