All good choices. I couldn't find any sheep around so the haggis was out of the question. I also couldn't find any calves around and I couldn't catch the neighbors cats. Those are some fast little buggers.

Does everyone have their plans for tonight all lined up?

Staying home with the family. Sit by the fire and watch the ball drop, have some Sparkling Cider and go to bed. As close to a none event as you can get without having one.

Picking up a bottle of spumante on the way home from work and staying in and watching Netflix. The weather is getting really sh!tty outside so I'm staying indoors where I'm safe from drunk/bad drivers. I'll also probably be hanging around our group since I only have BBM access for 3 more days!!

Given the general cluster fvckness, that sounds like a good plan.

Staying home with the wife. Going to have a few wu-wei's, a few shots of Wild Turkey Honey, and some champagne at midnight. Going to play a few games (wii, cribbage, backgammon, and whatever else).

We're having some people over for drinks. Then we go to another house for dinner. Then to a 3rd for desert, more drinks, and games. The 3rd house is walking distance to ours which is a good thing.

But this reminds me of a joke:

A man was walking along the beach and he hears the sound of a woman crying. He looks down and sees a woman with no arms and no legs lying on a beach towel crying. He stops and asks what's wrong. She looks up at him and says that she's never been kissed. After thinking about it for a moment, he kneels down, bends over, and gives her a kiss on the cheek. She smiles and he gets up to start to walk away.
