Well, way back when, when trying to sign up for email and messengers I use to have some cool names to try. Needless to say they were always already taken by someone else.

So after what seemed to be 100's of tries already taken by someone else I put some letters and numbers together that no one else had! To this day I can still sign up for most things without it already being taken by someone else. And I did it all while pantless.

Very similar to KBZ's story really. Back in the days of Windows 3.1 my brand new future ex-wife and myself were looking for an e-mail address that wasn't taken. My last name is English with Irish roots and hers was a very McIrish type of name. So we settled on Eng (England) and ire (Ireland) and came up with Engire. Well when she became my current ex-wife she didn't want anything from the marriage that had memories. Kinda funny how the China, Silver and Crystal didn't fit that category but that's another story. Anyway I kept the e-mail out of spite and as time went on it became more mine than ours. It's still my e-mail in four or five different domains and more than a couple of forums. And I did it all while pantless.

My forum name is from the time in between the first blackberry bold and the first qwerty/touchscreen blackberry. At the time it wasnt known "bold" was a series name. There was just one bold, the 9000.The "hybrid" phone was the elusive "magnum" which turned into "dakota"(9900). This took about two years to come out after i signed up. So essentially my name was a vow to keep my 9000 in use until the hybrid phone came out. Now its hybrid until London comes.
