    On a side note....

I'm seriously considering some Chinese take out. I checked travelocity and best I could find was $469 round trip. I'm thinking it's totally worth it for some really good Chinese.

OK 5000ers I need some advice. Next month I'm going on a weekend winery tour with my bestie, his bf, and another couple I've been around a handful of times. So I don't feel like a 5th wheel I want to bring someone. The friend I think I'd have the most fun with is someone I've had a bit of a thing for. She's straight and married so there's no way I'd ever pursue anything. My bestie and his bf both know I like this woman, and they both can be blabbermouths when drunk. I'm kind of afraid they might slip and mention my crush on her. So...do I invite her and take my chances or invite another friend I might not have as good of a time with?
I would personally invite the safe date. I would hate to lose a good friend because of a drunken slip of the tongue (no pun intended).

Just finished a batch of chili for tomorrow's chili & pool party at the bear's den. This one is packing heat. Three lbs of sirloin tips, a lb of bacon, two jalapeos, four habaneros, and a pablano, a bunch of peppers and onions, and a closet full of chili powder and other ground and powdered goodness. Might have to fill the pool with milk if I'm to survive the day.

I suddenly have a craving for Italian....
Italian is one of my favorites as well. Great presentation, full of flavor, but can get rather messy
I'm pretty fond of Chinese food, although the selection in south florida is pretty limited. Socal had a lot more choices.

I might need to expand my palette and try some spicy latin...
    I would definitely recommend Celtic
I don't think we are talking about food anymore ...
