Thanks sir, we where going to buy a house, but decided on a manufactured home in a nice 55+ community, we got a good deal on it and are happy with the area and are close to the VA hospital in Gainesville.

My brother and I are at the point in our lives where we don’t need a big house anymore and the upkeep that comes with it. This place should be prefect for us and they allow motorcycles which sealed the deal.

We are closer the Silvers Springs and border the national forest. We love the location and will be quite happy there.
