I suspect that a lot of them are just more spin. Everything can and is spun by whomever wants to spin it for whatever suits their purpose.

The only good thing about all of Trump and company spin is they did it in the open, almost for the purpose of making a mockery of everyone ("...look at that, I even blatantly fabricated lies for my spins and they still supported me...") when the others did it more covertly.
