You're opinion isn't correct or not. It's just your opinion. All the strategies you mention are being proved not as impactful as hoped in more populated areas. COVID-19 doesn't know the difference with a bar, restaurant or grocery store.

The only real thing we know is a death rate like 4X-6X the flu at least. here. We're sitting at .1% of the population, while the flu runs around .02-.04% of the population in most years. When all the other variations of flu and SARS happened, only the high risk masked up and stayed inside.

At some time, everyone will have to accept, this disease is deadly to mostly small portion of people that already suffer from other issues. Like cancer and birth differences (not sure if still called birth defects), we have multiple causes of premature death. That sucks, but this really isn't different, just new.

Here in the USA, even when there's a vaccine, like the yearly flu shot, many aren't going to get one.

It's not any misinformation. People are dying from all types of things everyday. That's a fact.

Your area of the planet isn't very populated. Florida and New York alone have more people than all of Canada and in much smaller area too. Also factual correct.

Also, parts of Europe are experiencing different results than expected even though practiced different strategies in different areas intentionally. That's a fact.

I don't worry about whether you can see it or not.

The Peg is closing bars, casinos and restricting gatherings to 5 people for a 2 week period. Good returns will come from that and going forward through Fall if we can tame the flare-up once again maybe we can have a family Xmas.
