I just got back from a 3 mile walk. The heat doesn't bother me much but I'm not doing anything other than a brisk pace. I should do it every day, but I try to do it every other day. In reality it's every third day. Probably why I can't lose the 15 pounds I have gained in the last 6 months. Well there's also the ice cream.

Ice cream is always welcome, I should do some of that walking. I could lose at least 15 lbs

Heading out to pick up groceries. Stay in the car the whole time, they bring it out and load it into my trunk. I personally love Covfefe-19 shopping from food to alcohol. No alcohol in ice cream however.
