Back in December I was around 185. Then I got sick ( no corona) and went down to170 and stayed there till around March. Now I'm 207. Just the thought of exercising makes me sweat and not wanna go out to at least walk n this 92 (feels like 102) Florida weather

I just got back from a 3 mile walk. The heat doesn't bother me much but I'm not doing anything other than a brisk pace. I should do it every day, but I try to do it every other day. In reality it's every third day. Probably why I can't lose the 15 pounds I have gained in the last 6 months. Well there's also the ice cream.

A few weeks ago I began to walk, windbreaker covered up just to lose weight from my stomach. I did that for about a week.

In order to dispel the myth about the light in the tunnel, here is some factual evidence that I took about 32 years ago.
In very rare circumstances, the light is actually the end of the tunnel. Not likely to happen. The first picture is the only evidence I have ever seen of this phenomenon.
The second picture it what many people see when they run headlong into the tunnel expecting a rosy outcome.
The third picture is the reality that they encounter. I rest my case.
