Both... racism or culturism is unfortunately inherent within all humans. Different tribes, languages and the mistrusts. It’s elitism thinking anyone is truly above that.

As far as jobs go, running a company is running a company. Jealousy of someone else’s success doesn’t make sense to me. I’m no fan of Elon Musk or Mark Cuban and many of the wealthy left. They’re proposals offer very little to nothing for me since I can find my own free lunch if really necessary.

I haven't paid enough detailed attention to what is going on in the US to claim to be an expert, but when people talk about Trump and also the word Racist, I don't think much of that is referring to culturalism.

I would doubt that anyone would claim that differences in cultures don't exist and aren't variables, so I don't think many people in the world have become elitist from that sole culturalism motivation perspective.

Politicians everywhere in the world claim to be the key to economic success when in fact often their policies are not nearly as influencing as they claim.
