Another ThinkPad fan here. I still have one of the last models that still have the IBM sticker.

I’ve thought about a thinkpad but was more seriously considering a MacBook Air. At the end of the day, I just don’t need a laptop beyond my work one. A new iPad Pro could be a thing though.

No Macs for me. I know they're supposed to be great machines but I am such a keyboard person, that I've never gotten used to the way Mac keys are laid out. Or having the window controls in the upper left corner instead of the right. Or the way Excel (mis)behaves on a Mac. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I hear you. I haven’t used one regularly in many years. But I had an itch. Anyway it’s not happening. I just wouldn’t use it enough to warrant the cost.

And much like Z, I use my phone for 90% of my computing needs. The iPad is for streaming sports and shows usually. The laptop is rarely needed. I don’t make spreadsheets anymore. I just review them and make decisions based on them. I can do that from a 6.5” screen.
