How many of y’all have personal laptops? To be honest I prefer tablets. I have no need for one. My work dell is fine for anything I need. But I feel this need to buy tech right now. Heidi is doing her best to control it.

Maybe I can offer a suggestion considering you can't decide. Why not live on the edge, take a chance , throw personal to the wind and just get a laptop...

So is this Whole Tech buying Frenzy special to your brain functions.... because it sounds very much Like A syndrome or disorder.

I just built a super gaming computer. cost about $1500. my monitor is my 60 in Sony Bravia with Android inside and a Bluetooth keyboard with mouse pad on it along with my Samsung Galaxy note 9 that takes care of that area. I've got that along with nine other components I programmed into my Google Home.
Buying a personal laptop will not satisfy your Tech Frenzy, not by a long shot unless you consider opening the case and turning it on to be a thing of excitement.
" your work Dell is fine for anything you need!.. you have no need for one. " but do you mean it? you said to be honest you prefer tablets which indicates you may not have been honest before so how the hell can I trust you now?
How do I even know you really have a Dell.
How do I know you didn't just make up this tech frenzy thing just to suck me in?

The question was unfair. By the time dog answers you will have decided what to do.
If Buckethead answers you won't know it, I can only assume, me being the only centered and sensible person around that you directed the question at me and rightly so but not being one to tell somebody what to do I can only offer enough suggestions to completely confuse you, and in a state of frenzy giving up your need , thereby saving a lot of money, making Heidi very happy.
My point being, never go food shopping when you're hungry!

While I realize everybody comes to me for answers sometimes you just have to figure things out for yourself, not to mention keeping a little extra backup for myself when things are slow, and knowing if you couldn't answer the question now you're not going to be able to answer it later which leaves me the task of coming back and giving you a piece of my mind before answering the question.

I fail to see what cats have to do with anything! And my tongue is neither here nor there. Well I use voice recognition completely I could dig out a keyboard if my tongue got cat.
