Hey knucklehead, try to pay attention!
Shane refers to a horse and a dog. If you go down the left side of the posts look for a picture of a horse and you'll see it's the avatar for the house dog.

Your lack of insight and your replies which are void of any intelligence make no sense whatsoever. I suggest you go with the abbreviations until such time that you start to grasp English language.

You have to use the right method also. A drug that is administered in the right way will in general (depending on the drug) have a faster onset, higher bioavailability, shorter peak, and shorter duration than oral administration. Another advantage of administering a drug the right methid, is that it tends to produce less nausea compared to the oral route and prevents any amount of the drug from being lost due to emesis (vomiting). In addition, the right route bypasses around two thirds of the first-pass metabolism as the right route's venous drainage is two thirds systemic (middle and inferior *** vein) and one third hepatic portal system (superior **** vein). This means the drug will reach the circulatory system with significantly less alteration and in greater concentrations. Finally, the right method of administration can allow patients to remain in the home setting when the oral route is compromised. Unlike intravenous lines, which usually need to be placed in an inpatient environment and require special formulation of sterile medications, a specialized can be placed by a clinician, such as a hospice nurse or home health nurse, in the home. Many oral forms of medications can be crushed and suspended in water to be given via a catheter.

    Doctor SpART ! !
The big words don't fool us!
You're shooting clear or dark... you bad boy!!

The right method of administration depends on many factor. for example, for those shooting illegal substances there is no right method. the use of a needle for anything ( with an exception here and there) is uncalled for. crushing a tablet is uncalled for.
For the most part the medical profession uses drugs as a crutch not as cure.
In the commercials for the latest drugs are outrageous. Were they used to lower the voice , when describing the side effects.. Now, they don't bother but use the same voice. the fact that at least half the commercial he spent describing all the side effects isn't itself unbelievable.
Don't stop taking the medication unless your doctor tells you to. if you have certain side effects stop taking the medication and talk to your doctor. basically, if it doesn't kill you it may help you. Ask your doctor if this may be right for you!

That last sentence legally absolves the drug company to a point and the doctor? if the drug companies don't know how it's going to work you can be sure the doctor has less of a clue.
The sad thing is that people rely on these drugs. it's the same with disorders and syndromes. if people didn't know it was such a thing is jet lag they wouldn't have it.

Personally, I haven't had a shot of anything for anything since 1967. And I have not had so much as the sniffles since then.
That's the honest truth. everybody I know that gets a flu shot also get sick.( but it's a different strain.. Right!
But all that aside your post was very informative
