    Sounds like my problem ECM power relay according to error code. I’m driving a 2000 Ford Excursion but whatever. Plug in a diagnostic tool for the error code...

    Just random fun! One day she'll be fine. Next day it will stall and eventually restart. Some days it will stall numerous times and can stall 5 times in 500 yards. Then it'll drive for 10 miles... it's throwing a code indicating loss of communication between the ECM and TCM. could be the relay.

    Hopefully the relay is a lot cheaper than ECM since I’m hoping the same way...

    Yuppers! Relay is about $50 and a used ECM runs $200-300 plus programming.

    I needed a new computer for my old 08 mercury that was going to cost me 3 times as much before I found them and tried them. My mechanic replaced everything and it's working fine as far as I know.

    Similar but not that direct. I think someone might be let go after the meeting and report I submit. She has brought it on herself but I still prefer to not have those situations.
