I know you're anxious and worried about your test results, but do try to enjoy every day and every birthday as a gift. Fill your time with activities and people that you love. None of us know how long we have, tests or no tests, so the best thing we can do is to find joy in every moment we are given.

I like to think that if Mark had known how short his time here would be, he would still have played with his boys, loved his wife, traveled to meet friends, and generally enjoyed every moment he could, while bringing joy to those around him. That's how he lived and that's how we'll all remember him.

By the way, no donation is too small and nobody, especially Mark's family, is judging the amounts each person is able to give, I know you know that. We all wish we could afford more, but we do what we can - and our hearts are just as big whether we can afford $1 or $1000.

Now take your big September heart and go celebrate your birthday in some fattening way that makes you smile (oops, my ice cream thoughts came out there, haha). No more nightmares either, I hope!

Thanks got good news and a hangover. It was a benign polyp. However, they said they'll keep an eye out in the future. Thankfully it wasn't endometriosis or cancer. It was just big and painful.
